Interim Principal Financial Officer

Scott Delmoro is vice president of finance, treasurer, and interim principal financial officer of DCP Midstream. He is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, risk management, accounting, tax, insurance, financial planning and analysis, supply chain and measurement functions.

Scott began his career with DCP in 2003 as a member of DCP’s accounting leadership before being named vice president, controller, and chief accounting officer in 2006. He became vice president and treasurer in 2012 and vice president of finance and treasurer in 2017. Scott is also currently serving as DCP Midstream’s interim principal financial officer.

Scott has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Scott began his career in public accounting with PwC in 1994 and worked as an audit manager in the Chicago and Denver offices. While in the Denver office, Scott focused on the energy and mining industry serving various public and private upstream and midstream oil and natural gas clients.

Scott grew up in Ohio and received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Miami University. Scott is an inactive certified public accountant in Illinois and Colorado.

He and his wife, Nicole, have a daughter and three sons. They reside in Denver, Colorado.
